In January 2022, National Average of Nominal Wage of Farm Laborer per Day Increased by 0.72 Percent
Nominal wage is an average of daily wage received by laborer as a remuneration.
Real wage represents the purchasing power from remuneration received by laborer.
Real wage of farm laborer is the ratio between farm laborer nominal wage and price index of household consumption (IKRT), while real wage of construction worker is the ratio between nominal wages of construction worker and urban consumer price index.
In January 2022, national average of nominal wage of farm laborer per day increased by 0.72 percent compared to December 2021, from Rp57,180.00 to Rp57,595.00. Meanwhile, the real wage per day increased by 0.28 percent.
In January 2022, national average nominal wage of construction workers (non-foreman skilled worker) per day increased by 0.38 percent compared to December 2021, which was from Rp91,335 to Rp91,682. Meanwhile, the real wage per day decreased by 0.18 percent.
