Cost Construction Index of Kepulauan Yapen Regency, 2024

Publication of Construction Cost Index of Kepulauan Yapen Regency 2024 is a publication aimed at analyzing the Construction Cost Index (CCI) in Kepulauan Yapen Regency. This publication contains information on the level of construction costs between regencies/cities in Papua Province compared to the reference city. The reference city used in 2024 is Banjarmasin City. This reference city is a different reference city from the one used in 2023.The presentation of IKK data in this publication is in the form of tables and regional maps covering all regencies/cities in Papua Province. The IKK data presented is data from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK), Bill of Quantity (BoQ), Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP), and realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The main use of this IKK data is as one of the main components in calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU).Thank you to all parties for their contributions during the process of compiling this publication. It is hoped that the information contained therein can be useful for many parties. Constructive criticism and suggestions are highly expected to improve this publication in the next edition.
